Location & bed was very soft

The location!!

I had a great stay at this hotel. All of the staff was friendly and professional. My room was super clean. I was very comfortable in my room. The rug was very clean. The furniture was in good condition. The bed mattress was super comfortable. The air conditioner/heat was easy to regulate and was in excellent working condition. The water pressure of the shower was very strong. I loved the huge flat-screen TV. The location was perfect for me because I arrived at Port Authority Bus Terminal from NJ. The hotel is right across the street from Port Authority.

Location is great - staff are friendly - rooms are comfortable and clean. Can't ask for more in mid-town Manhattan

We communicated with the hotel through booking.com messages (and I called the hotel a few days before travel) to let them know we were travelling with a small child and that we would need a crib/cot upon arrival. None of these messages got through to the actual hotel reception and apparently were just going through to switchboards for the wider "Hilton" hotel brand however this wasn't a problem. The reception staff were so helpful and literally catered for our every need, they bought a crib up to our room straight away with clean bedding to go inside. Also, there was a coffee machine in the room but no kettle – meaning sterilizing a 6 month old baby's bottles etc would be pretty hard. Again, I called the reception and 5 mins later a kettle was at my door, they literally couldn’t have done more for us and we knew we had chosen the right hotel.
